Couch can fit 3-4 people on it and someone 6' could lie down on it comfortably. Projector screen pulls down in front of couch for large screen movie/tv show watching and video game playing.

Basement apartnent close to the city
Landlord was very nice and responsive. The apartment was a short uber ride to many popular areas in DC. The apartment was decent size with a laundry shared with the upstairs apartment. Since it's a basement there isn't much natural lighting and the entrance is in the back of the house through the alley. Guaranteed parking spot with a gate. No air conditioning but since it's a basement it is a little bit cooler than an above ground apartment. Good stay.
