This is a great property with a wonderful owner. I rented it for 8 months while going through culinary school right down the road at the Copia, and have no complaints. The house is nicely renovated with a great living space and kitchen. Its in a great location where I was a 15 min walk to class and the downtown Napa area. Ally was really great as well. The only issue I had was a noise coming from the dryer and she had a service rep there the NEXT DAY. She is very easy to work with and a genuinely nice person. 100% recommended.
