Great/safe neighborhood. My concerns are communication/how certain situations were handled. During my stay there were times I received very short notice that someone would be coming to the property for maintenance/lawn care. I understand this is necessary, but tenants should receive reasonable notice & consideration. My main concern was the handling of my security deposit. At move out, I was informed $100 would be deducted due to an alleged hole in a sheet set. I disputed responsibility and provided documentation showing I had removed the provided bedding & used my own sheets. I requested clarification regarding the deduction and how the amount was calculated. I was later told they decided to "split the difference" resulting in a $50 deduction. However, no photos/evidence/documentation supporting the alleged damage were provided. I requested an itemized explanation of the $50 calculation/responsibility, but did not receive clarification.
