Our 1910 Bungalow sits on an acre of land filled with mature trees and sits back from the street. We call it a country oasis in the middle of the city. The house itself is filled with treasures of art and found objects Mark and I have collected. However I have left the renter room sparse so the client can put their personal touch on their own space. We are renting an upstairs room furnished with King size bed, desk, chairs, lamps, chest of drawers and hanging area for clothes. All sheets pillows and towels are provided. There is a full bathroom which is shared only when needed by family or friends. Also have a porch off of the bathroom great for evening sitting or star glazing. We have a full kitchen and a screened in back porch which you would have access to.
Neighborhood overview
We live 8 minutes walking to Riverside Village. It is a bustling corner with a sushi, Thai restaurant, a takeout Chinese dose, a lovely coffee and tea. Breakfast spot. Ladybird taco for breakfast or lunch. Mitchell deli and the Village pub for dinner and drinks.There also is a gas/convenience store on that corner. Wonderful Hosts
Anita and Mark were amazingly kind and have a ton of fun stories to share. I thoroughly enjoyed staying with them, and this price is a steal in Nashville. The room was small-ish but I am a small person so it was perfect for me. I would definitely come back and visit and would recommend this place.
