Centrally located, cozy cottage

I had an amazing stay at this property! All appliances, furniture, and other household items were new & upgraded. The location is another big plus as I never drove more than 20 minutes, with most average stores visited being 10-15 mins away. You also feel secure with the gated entrance (only thing is be prepared for lots of pollen/natural debris as there's a big tree in the yard but there's an outdoor hose to clean off car). I had only one minor issue and Sunny responded immediately & had someone out to fix it the following day! Would def stay here again!

Amazing property

Sunny's home has been amazing during my travel nurse assignment. She is so attentive, and the custom built home is nice as well. It's on the smaller size but it's perfect for single travelers, and she provides everything you need. The outside patio makes the stay worth it as well with it's beautiful garden and large shaded tree. The location is great as well! Walking distance from local shops and restaurants, also a 5-1p minute drive from down town sacramento!
