Yoko was a great roommate and landlord. Rules are clear, the house is clean, and she is very respectful and fun to hang out with. I needed to extend my stay by a few weeks and she was very accommodating and helpful. Thanks so much, Yoko!

Great place to stay

The house is new, nice quality, easy to access. Yoko keeps common areas clean and is very helpful with the little things like moving wet clothes into the dryer and putting the lunch away I forgot to take to work. There are no unnecessary odors, noises or guest activities, and Yoko has a good work ethic so nobody is up late with a disruptive lifestyle. But she is very responsive with questions/issues. It's only street parking but I never had to walk further than directly across the street. Overall, a very nice place to stay and Yoko is a great housemate.
