Misrepresented Listing

I am a travel nurse from Fl,I arrived at 830pm after an exhaust 25 hrs of travel.Landlord told me that the heat went out the weekend before but did not let me know a head of time.Space heaters provided were not heating the place showing 60 degrees on the thermostat;weather was to be in the 30s.Extension cords all throughout the house felt like a fire hazard.Shower water was cold.There was a slimy puddle of water on kitchen counter and food on utensils/plates in drawers,left-over food in fridge and bar of soap in shower. Landlord did try to fix issues however I was not comfortable or felt safe.Lease not signed due to printer issues.After telling the landlord I would be finding other housing I requested a refund minus the 3 day stay landlord refused and argued for 2 hours.Listing was misrepresented,gave me a horrible stressful experience on top of what I was already going through and lost money for something that could have been avoided if I was informed of the situation ahead of time.
