Modern Condo near Hill AFB

Wonderful short term rental

This apartment is a wonderful stay for short term rentals. The space is clean and has all the amenities you could need. The kitchen comes fully stocked with every appliance and cooking utensil which is a huge bonus. The washer and dryer work great as well. It is right across the street from the highway and hill air force base so it is a louder apartment. Especially in the morning and evenings when the planes take off and land from the air force base. The balcony faces the freeway, as do the windows in the apartment, so it can be very noisy when needing fresh air. However with the windows closed, the apartment is relatively quiet. For a short term rental, it's the perfect place! I originally booked the lease for 4 months but asked to extend to 7 months and Jon was awesome about responding quickly and working with me. I highly recommend this stay!!!

Great property and location!

The place is very spacious and comfortable. There's everything you could need in a kitchen. Washing machine + dryer works great, and the bathrooms are clean! The vacuum + mop robots are super convenient when you're at work. The location is also very close to Hill AFB, and it's just a short walk to the nearby Smith's. Jon is great. For my stay, he left behind some food/sauces that helped me as I moved in. If you ever need help, he responds very promptly (<1 day). Highly recommend!
