Ive really enjoyed staying here. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. All the rooms are nice with comfortable furniture and beds and just a overall clean and nice apartment. Emmanuel is a very good landlord super respectful and nice and responds very quickly for anything you may need. Highly recommend staying here if your looking for an apartment in the area.

Ive been here at this property since September & its the best decision Ive made while on this contract. The location is perfect from my job & close to all fast food locations, the neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful. I do have roommates but everyone stays to themselves, no loud noises. 10/10 recommend.

Great landlord, peaceful space

I enjoyed my stay here on Liberty Dr. Landlord is straight forward and a very nice guy. Had roommates but never had an issue with them, most of the time it felt like I stayed there on my own. A cleaning lady comes every couple of weeks and does a fantastic job. Nice and quiet neighborhood, house has a long driveway and garage. 10/10. Love it here.

I stayed here to save some money even though I don't typically like to stay somewhere where I will have roommates/shared bathroom and it was definitely worth it! It's very clean and quiet, and in a fairly nice neighborhood. Was about a 15 minutes drive from Summa Health Akron City Hospital. The other people that were staying there were clean and quiet, I barely knew they existed. The cleaning lady comes once a month, but the landlord told me that I could have requested her to come more frequently, I just never felt that was necessary. 10/10 landlord, he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and checked in regularly to make sure there weren't any issues. Definitely would recommend staying here, don't let the roommate thing scare you off :)))
