BLESSING!!

OMG. I wish I could keep this place a secret but it woulnd't be fair lol. I absolutely loved it here. This is my first FF stay and I cannot complain. It will be so hard to find someone like Josh. He did a great job with communicating. If we had any problems, he was there ASAP. He also takes the time to vet everyone that moves in. I loved my roommates. Clean and beautiful home. Two blocks from the JH Main campus shuttle and walking distance from the Homewood campus. Foodhall and walgreens down the street. You don't have to have a car unless you want one. I can go and on. I was so sad to leave. Anyone thinking of moving here, please be kind, respectful, and help keep the property clean. Thanks Josh!!

Exceptional

Josh is exceptional, I would always tell him I pray the tenants don't burn him and his wife out because he is just that good. Transparent with pricing, house rules, and safety. I left with the understanding that Josh is the exception and not to expect all he does out of others. All I can really say is you have to experience Josh and Jo for yourself.

Exceptional Rental Experience

My experience renting a room in Josh’s house has been nothing short of excellent. He is, without a doubt, the best landlord I’ve ever had. The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and located in a great neighborhood—close to Johns Hopkins, a park, grocery stores, restaurants, and bars. Josh is always quick to respond to tenants’ needs and is genuinely attentive and reliable. Any tenant would be lucky to stay in this home and have Josh as their landlord.
