Property Review
I rented this apartment for 3 months while working in Nashville. This is in a great location to get to any of the major hospitals. The apartment has all the starter utensils, towels and cleaning supplies that you would need. It was very clean and had a home feel to it. The landlord was very nice respectable and checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the apartment. I would highly recommend!
Tenant Review
I was in Nashville on work for nine months and couldn't have picked a better place. The location is very nice. The people here are friendly and care about the community. It is safe to jog alone, walk your dog. The place is nice and cozy with great amenities. The Landlord took a lot of time and effort to make this place feel like home. He is extremely nice, responsive and accommodating. Any issues were addressed immediately and to completion. During the winter storm, he made sure I had everything I needed to stay warm; even purchasing a heater for the unit. My job had me traveling all over the Nashville area and this location made that very painless. Major freeways are relatively close-by and ride-share services were very quick to respond. There are several parks and hiking trails within close proximity that offer scenic walks and allow you to get out and into nature without having to travel too far. I highly recommend this place for a short or long-term stays.
