A Delightful Stay

I very much enjoyed my stay! The hosts were incredibly kind throughout and I really enjoyed connecting with them both. The accommodations were perfect for my living situation and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The neighborhood is also very peaceful and it was a very convenient commute to work in Seattle/Bellevue and back.

Relaxing and comfortable stay

I've lived in a lot of furnished finder units, but I especially loved this one! Very clean and comfortable, easy communication, and a friendly landlord. It has a very nice patio with a great view, and everything I needed for cooking/meal prepping. I went for walks around the neighborhood after dark and felt safe as a female. I worked at Valley View Skilled Nursing and Rehab in Renton, typically a ~25min commute, depending on time.

Amazing Stay!

I loved everything about staying at this rental. I had a large bedroom, closet and huge tv. The bathroom is nice, clean and updated as well. Being able to have my own private entrance to my area downstairs was great for staying for an extended period of time. It was also really nice to have access to the washer and dryer as well as kitchen upstairs. The hosts were great and very responsive with anything I needed. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and it feels very safe there. Not to mention the beautiful views of Lake Washington right from the back porch! It was conveniently only about a 25 to 30 minute drive to downtown Seattle. It was nice to have the city be accessible while staying in a serene and beautiful neighborhood. I would definitely recommend renting here to anyone who is looking for a place to stay for a few months.

Highly recommend this Newcastle gem

I had a wonderful stay at this very nice and clean furnished rental in Newcastle. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and were incredibly friendly and responsive. The bedroom is spacious, has a large closet, a TV and the most comfortable bed Ive ever slept on in a rental. Having a private entrance to the large downstairs area made my stay even more convenient. The house is in a very upscale, quiet and safe neighborhood. I really enjoyed my evening walks up the hill, which provided amazing views of downtown Seattle, Bellevue and Lake Washington.

Property is gorgeous, immaculately clean, and all items well-maintained. Landlord is great, responds quickly to messages, and is very friendly. Safe neighborhood and convenient location for shopping, public transit, etc. Highly recommend this rental.
