Poor communication
Not good for travel contract jobs. Application process was going into week three and no promise of approved lease or HOA. Owner promised to pay the $125 rental application fee but never disclosed the SIX HUNDRED DOLLAR NON REFUNDABLE HOA FEE. I had to be the one to reach out and when I did was told not to worry about the time it was taking but it was high season in Naples. Anyone who lives here knows that prices go up the longer you wait to book. So if by chance we weren't approved we would be looking for another place last minute. Unacceptable. We pulled our application and moved on. Unless you are planning months in advance this is too risky. Billie was very nice. No bad remarks on her character.
