Great stay!

I had the pleasure of staying here for about 2 months. This place is in a quiet neighborhood and only twenty minutes away from Charlotte! Planet fitness, chickfila, etc were only 5 minutes away which was very nice! It has everything you need and Bree was always just a text away. My contract was cancelled a month early and Bree was incredibly understanding and kind. I would definitely recommend this property if you're looking for something close to Charlotte or around the area!

1st person to stay here

I loved this property! The thing I loved most was that the duplex is front and back instead of side by side, perfect for privacy. You never hear the other person. The place is very homey and it made me happy to come home from work everyday. The kitchen was great to cook in and all the appliances worked good. The beds were a little too firm for my liking but it was nothing a mattress topper didnt fix for me. I will also say, the combined washer and dryer took some getting use to and I still wasnt a fan by the time I left. Overall would highly recommend to anybody and would absolutely stay again if given the opportunity.
