Nice Place and Great Landlord

I stayed here for 3 months and it was a great place, very spacious for 2 people. The apartment was clean, well stocked and well maintained. The landlord was also very responsive and helpful! The basement laundry and parking spot behind the house are also very convenient. I had friends visit a few times and they could pretty easily find parking on the street outfront as well. About a 20 minute walk from the old port. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a furnished rental.

Great Location, Great Host, Great Experience

Hello All! I had an excellent stay at this Portland, Maine apartment. The two-bedroom unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with plenty of space for both work and relaxation. The additional sleeper sofa in the living room was a great bonus for accommodating guests. Having access to laundry in the basement was very convenient, and the dedicated parking spot made city living much easier. The apartment was well-equipped and felt like home from the moment I arrived. The location was ideal for enjoying everything Portland has to offer, while still providing a quiet and comfortable place to unwind. The landlord was responsive and great to work with throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed furnished rental in Portland.
