Ashland Railroad District Studio

Home away from home

Bonnie and John were the perfect hosts. The studio was equipped with everything I needed. It really did feel like a home away from home. It is a very safe neighborhood and centrally located. I could walk to all the main attractions in Ashland. I especially loved John's garden of native flowers. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a healing, calm, comforting retreat!!!! Great location! A very well designed space with all the comforts you could want! You can walk to several grocery stores, numerous restaurants and Lithia Park. Great neighborhood to park your car and leave it. Bonnie and John were great hosts and a pleasure to interact with. If I’m coming to Ashland , this is where I would want to stay

A wonderful stay! Cozy, clean and comfortable!

Amazing landlords and great location! I loved all the little things that made this stay comfortable. Plenty of cabinet and storage space for my things. All the supplies I would need during my stay were provided. The kitchen has plenty of space to cook. It was wonderful having a bathtub and also quality towels and linens. Even the lighting so it could be bright when I was working and cozy when I was winding down. The landlords were responsive, helpful and welcoming. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
