loved the "ranch"
We have been telling all of our friends about how well this property worked out for us after we sold our house and needed to rent while looking for a new home. The owner assured us the place would be new and spotless and it proved to be that and more. After living in the city for years we fell in love with the unobstructed 360 degree views of the grand valley. Sun on the monument in the morning, alpine glow on the grand mesa and western sunsets in the evenings, surrounded by several acres of farm land with horses grazing across the fence. Inside we found every convenience, and needed nothing to move in but our clothes - including a new washer and dryer. We highly recommend this beautiful place, which we nick named the ranch. Half way between Grand Junction and Fruita and just minutes from I-70, so, convenient to everything. Cheers!
