Wonderful Stay!

We were relocating to Seattle and were so grateful to find this apartment in great/new condition that was in our desired location. It has friendly neighbors, and Michael was willing to accommodate us so that we could extend our lease as we house hunted, which made a stressful experience so much easier and reassuring. It goes a long way to work with someone who is reasonable and kind during a move. We really appreciated him listening to us and meeting our needs. We loved being in downtown Ballard near good schools, parks, and the water. It's a gem!

Great Location

We were fortunate to be the first renters of this condo. Michael was great to work with. Everything was new and perfect. Clean, quiet and safe. A bakery, coffee shop, QFC and Market St. are all within walking distance. We used it as a base to commute to UWMedical and Fred Hutch. This was a perfect location. We would definitely rent this unit again.
