Good spot!
Affordable spot in the city. Great location near a nice running trail, near night life stuff on brady street, and many restaurants. Each room has its own shower/bathroom so the only shared components are the kitchen and laundry. I rented the green room for 3 months and had a good time. The other people who lived here were all chill. I was worried about parking but it was fine. There was only 1 occasion where I had to find a spot one or two streets over. It was good times.
