Tenants Beware

The experience at this property involved ongoing concerns with maintenance, communication, and overall conditions. The refrigerator did not function properly for over a month, and the landlord attempted to fix it himself multiple times before it was replaced. The water and ice line was not installed for approximately three months. A garage remote was requested throughout the tenancy and was never provided. The Landlord would show up abruptly, take things, and leave, without notice. The unit was not cleaned prior to move-in as stated, and a biweekly cleaning service that was represented never occurred. The listing photos did not fully reflect the actual condition and contents of the property. Noise was a consistent issue. Children played every day in the open cement area directly next to the home from approximately 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM. The noise was very loud and could be clearly heard inside even with windows closed. Internet service was unreliable and concerns were not resolved.
