Lots of Bugs
Although Erin (property manager) was very responsive, the property itself had an issue with a spider infestation. Because it lies in a woody area and is on top of a garage, this can kind of be expected. However, the sheer size and number of spiders exceeded what I would be comfortable with staying around. I bought bug spray and tried to spray down the front door and areas where I had seen them which included the living room, bedroom, and bathroom, but they continued to return. When I bought this to Erin's attention and voiced my concern as well as saying I would be uncomfortable with completing my stay (month long, had been there 2 weeks), she refused to offer any kind of resolution or compromise, so I ended up losing 2 weeks worth of money that I could've allocated to a different place/hotel.
