Everything I needed!

Jay's studio apartment is conveniently placed 3 mins from the Fort Totten train station, 2 mins from the OneLife gym, 3 mins to aldi's, & 4 mins to the Walmart. The space itself is very spacious and has everything you need. Rent is definitely reasonable with the things provided, the conveniently placed studio, and the parking spot provided. 10/10, would stay here again if need be. Jay is also very communicative and very accommodating. Him being such a nice guy really was the cherry on top of it all.

Great place to stay for 2 months in DC

I needed a furnished place to stay in DC for 2 months and this fit the bill perfectly. Jay was a very good host who was very easy to communicate and responsive. The place was comfortable, with the bus stop and a bike share dock right around the corner. The metro was an easy 10 or 15 minute walk away which I did many times to visit different parts of the city. I would highly recommend this rental, especially if you are like me and need a reliable place to land in DC and explore living longer term.
