I had an excellent experience staying here for almost a year. The room is spacious, has plenty of storage, and the private bathroom was a huge plus. It was comfortable, well maintained, and truly felt like home. Neb is by far the best landlord I've rented from. He's professional, friendly, welcoming, easygoing, and always responsive whenever I needed anything. Cleanliness and safety are my top priorities, and this home exceeded my expectations. As a female tenant and night-shift worker, I always felt safe and had no trouble sleeping during the day because the house was consistently quiet. The location is fantastic, with grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, the waterfront, and Patterson Park all within walking distance. If you work at Hopkins, the hospital shuttle picks you up right from the house. Overall, I highly recommend this place. If I weren't leaving Baltimore, I would have happily continued renting this room. Thank you Neb. It was a pleasure living here and getting to know you.
