My husband and I are builders and designers, and this basement flat is in our personal residence. We spend a lot of time in the mountains of Virginia these days. We love to cook, hike, garden, read and create! We have made this flat a peaceful home for someone who prefers to be in a nice neighborhood, not a hi-rise.
