Luxury High-End Apartment that feels like a home

AbbVie summer intern stay

I stayed here for the summer while completing an internship at AbbVie and really enjoyed my stay! The property is newly renovated, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious with plenty of closet and dresser space, making it perfect for a longer stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, including dishware, cutlery, cookware, and plenty of kitchen gadgets. The location is also very convenient. The Skokie Swift Yellow Line connects to the Red Line, making downtown Chicago easily accessible by public transit despite being in the suburbs. There are also plenty of grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants nearby. Martha was lovely and always responded promptly to messages and quickly arranged help with any maintenance issues. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend staying here!

Summer Work Stay

The place is super updated and clean. It worked out perfect for my summer internship stay. The area is quiet and an easy drive to Evanston for any public transportation. I'd highly recommend! Only thing I suggest is if you are moving for work to bring a small desk because there isn't a full table in the place
