As Pictured
Kyle was a great host. Very responsive and easy to discuss issues with. The apartment is as pictured. The AC worked great, the rooms are spacious and the open layout of the living room is nice. The area was very safe with nice walking paths and parks nearby. The apartment itself was in a prime location with it being across the pool and right in front of the laundry facilities. We went to the pool and hot tub almost every day. Also the apartment is close to the main highway of Saint Petersburg so it was relatively easy to travel from there. The complex had a pretty view of the sunset every night above the beach and a good view of St. Pete beach across the water. The beach is shallow, like calf level for miles out with a lot of seaweed and no waves. *Bonus: The place was full of all the essentials like paper towels and laundry detergents (etc). There was also a nice umbrella and chairs for the beach and plenty of towels.
