Shadow Hills is an Equestrian neighborhood between Burbank and Sunland. It is very quiet and rural feeling yet very close to the city. There is easy access to the 210 Freeway and the 5 Freeway. There are lots of nearby hiking trails and you will see people walking their dogs and riding their horses through the neighborhood.

A+ experience
I had the most positive experience staying in this Shadow Hills rental. If Shadow Hills is your destination, I cant recommend this rental enough. The landlords were accommodating, respectful and friendly. The view, ample parking and the cleanliness of the rental were my favorite things. Added bonus, you can see horses (down the hill) from the window.
