Spacious Home Downtown GR

A Perfect Place to Stay!

This space is the perfect place if you have many people in your party or a family! There are so many cute bedrooms that a family or group of people can spread out to, and great common spaces to gather! The kitchen was perfect and plenty of room to store groceries and prep food, with a nice little backyard and fire pit that's well maintained! Overall, I would highly recommend this house to anyone, and the best part is that you can walk to the zoo, Rise bakery and coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and even all the way downtown if you want to make it a little longer but totally manageable walk! It was clean and well kept, and ready for the stay. Definitely would stay again!

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay here! The home was cozy, comfortable, and exactly as described. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to cook and feel right at home. The location was fantastic, close to downtown Grand Rapids and convenient to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. The hosts were great to work with, friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality made the experience even better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area!

Overpriced

Pleasant owners perhaps a bit disconnected to the property. The property had plumbing issues reported immediately and never corrected or attempted to during the stay? Higher cost seemed like nicer place, but it's just overpriced in a tightly spaced homes in a lower income area. They definitely should've known about the non working bathroom Faucets and toilet issues prior to my arrival. Especially with an enormous cleaning fee and not very well Done. They could at least had the trash cans emptied or on the street to be so. Cleaned up the messy laundry station. Etc. They were full of very old looking garbage. Probably need to shop for better cleaners. Incredible mattresses and nice people though.
