Amazing stay

I have been a traveling healthcare professional for the past 3-4 years and have stayed in many apartments. This was hands down the best apartment I have ever stayed in! As a woman traveling alone I felt super safe and secure. The unit had everything you could need and more! Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, amazing porch to sit out on and unwind after work. Jason went above and beyond making sure I got settled in and was super accommodating and communicative. A short walk to the hospital and downtown made it a really ideal location and at an extremely fair price for the area! I would 10/10 stay here again if I ever came back to flagstaff for a contract!

Good deal in expensive area

This sublet is a good deal. The rent is reasonable compared to average Flagstaff rates, and it includes utilities and internet plus a parking space. The unit is a decent size with lots of windows and light, and has a nice view of the mountains from the north side. The washer-dryer, in the downstairs entryway, is noisy but works well. The kitchen and bathroom are both solid. Downsides: a busy highway is one lot away, so the sound of traffic is noticeable, and heavier during rush hours. The landlord, Jason, lives below. Communication issues arose between us that he addressed indirectly rather than in conversation — it felt more personal than professional, and led me to ask for an earlier departure than I’d planned.
