Spacious Unit with Responsive Host
Clarence was very easy to work with. He was always available to address any questions or concerns. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Five stars!

Wonderful Stay!
This was my first time living with the person I am renting from and it was a great experience! Clarence was so hospitable and accommodating! Anything we needed, he would do his best to make sure we had it. The available area was very cozy and had everything you needed to live comfortably. The area is also great as there is a bike trail that is walking distance from the property. Overall, I would stay at Clarence's property again in a heartbeat if I ever found myself back in the Twin Cities area as it was a great property and we genuinely enjoyed getting to know Clarence!
