Charming Denver Condo with Private Patio, In-Unit Laundry & All Utilities - Close to Red Rocks, Trails & Downtown

A beautiful and quaint stay!

Had an absolutely lovely time while in Denver and large part thanks to the effort of Jeanette, who was incredibly gracious throughout my stay and responded to any concerns very promptly and without fanfare. The combined W/D is a little on the smaller side load-wise but was perfectly capable for the needs of myself, and it was nice to let it run overnight and wake up to dry clothes. Overall a big fan and would definitely visit again!

Jeanette is an awesome Landlord, great communication, kind and she made sure I was comfortable. The apartment is beautifully furnished with everything you need to cook, towels and extra linens. Plenty of closet and dresser space, even hangers which I really appreciated. Comfortable bed, pillows, couches and chairs. Separate desk/workspace. Plenty of natural light. AC throughout kept the space a good temp. The security system made me feel safe and secure. Assigned parking with short walking distance. The apartment complex has nice walking paths, there is also a well kept park nearby and a biking path. The location is quiet but conveniently near the highway for easy access to the mountains or the city in 20 minutes. I recommend this spot and would stay here again.
