Beautiful, recently updated studio apartment in charming River Park

Great 7 month stay

I stayed in this beautiful studio for 7 months and had a seamless stay. Marssie was quickly responsive with the set up and any communication in between. The studio is fully furnished with everything and more you could need in the kitchen. Bed is full size and comfortable. Storage doesn't look like much but I was able to store plenty in the wardrobe and with under the bed storage. Bathroom sink has very large drawers for more storage. And there's an in-the-wall 6 tiered shelf in the main room for more simple storage. The studio comes with a great AC/Heat unit that works great. There is weekly pool and yard services. The studio is in the back of a home, with a private backyard and a gate entrance. Neighbors are very welcoming and never had any safety issues. Very safe for an evening walk/bike ride. Close to everything I needed. Highly recommend!
