Lovely basement apt in walkable Beaumont

Wonderful Rental All-around

I stayed in the basement apartment for a month during a transition period. I was looking for a space on short notice, and found that I had communication issues with many of the hosts I connected with on Furnished Finder. Not at all the case with Julie and Ariane. They were consistently responsive and clear in their communication, and a joy to work with. The apartment was spacious, clean, and stocked with everything I needed for my stay. If you like what you see in the pictures, you'll be thrilled with what you get in person. The location is walkable to multiple neighborhoods with tons of food options nearby, and I never found myself having a shortage of things to do or places to explore. Overall if you're looking through the listing and wondering if you should book with interest, I highly recommend it!

Great place and location

I stayed here roughly 6 months while I was looking for a more permanent home. Julie and Ariane were super friendly and always were very responsive if anything came up. There's ample room and they were very accommodating of my dog. They do rent out the downstairs basement as a separate rental. However, I never had any issues with that and they always let me know whenever anyone was planning to stay down there. There's also a separate entrance for them so I really never saw them. The location is really great. Lot of places to walk to for food and drinks. It's fully furnished and there's also a lot of storage space in the garage, so this was perfect to store all my moving stuff while I was transitioning places.

Great stay, even better owners

Stayed here with my family for a short term stay. The owner Julie and her niece Ariane were such great and accommodating people. Any slight inconvenience that came up they were on right away. Would 100% stay at another one of their properties!
