Commencement Bay Cottage- Close to hospitals-New construction in the Stadium District

I was the third tenant of this cottage and it was everything it is said to be and more. Chris really goes out of her way to give recommendations to you to explore the area and will help out anyway she can! The cottage is spacious and comfortable, every design detail was done with the maximum storage/use of space concept. If i ever find myself in Tacoma again I hope I am fortunate enough to rent this cottage again!

Amazing location & very comfortable

I was fortunate enough to be the first tenet for this cottage. The location is ideal. Everything is highly walkable with the best coffee shops in Tacoma less than a mile away. However, for being so central the neighborhood is cute and quiet. The landlord Chris is wonderful and responsive. She was also very thoughtful when setting the unit up. Everything you could need is provided. The bed is extremely comfortable and there is a pull out couch for visiting guests. I enjoyed my stay and am grateful for this sanctuary during my three month visit in Tacoma. I would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend the accommodations.
