Best place in Sioux City

Couple of more weeks marks my 1 year at Deb's basement and it has been a wonderful experience. Like the previous review says, she mainly stays out of your business and is an overly nice person that took care of me while I had a stomach bug. There is a private entryway so you will never find Ms. Deb randomly except mowing the lawn in some mornings! Definitely a must place stay during travel assignments in Sioux City. Very close to Unitypoint St.Luke downtown or St Lukes uptown. Planning to come back sometime in my future assignments!

Recent stay

I stayed in Debras space recently. It is quiet and clean and a great space for the price. I had privacy and good amenities. The bed is new and comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to get by. I would recommend this space for anyone traveling or doing a rotation for school.

Very safe and quiet neighborhood in Sioux city. Conveniently located easy drive to st Lukes. Deb was Very warm and friendly; she stays out of your business and would text if she needed anything from me. I Really enjoyed my stay!
