I love this apartment complex. The units are just as described, squeaky clean, and the building has a bright and cheerful atmosphere as soon as you walk in. The furniture is all new, even cooking utensils, coffee machines, etc. The location also gives you a great view of Mt. Hood which I saw outside the individual balconies.

Do better

This seems like such a nice place to live but unfortunately was treated unfairly. I am a traveler therapist and was about to sign a lease for 3 months. I payed and submitted an application and deposit that gave me the price for 3 months as 1,599. Then before I was given the lease to sign they said "I do want to mention before I send over the lease, if you are aware about the additional premium charges for a 3-month lease. As the unit is priced for $1,599, this will bring the rate up to $1,799". That should have been upfront information. I wouldnt have applied and spent that $$ for nothing. That is so messed up to take advantage of a traveler looking for part time housing.
