Although I did not end up taking this beautiful house, the landlord was very kind and made the process very easy.

Spacious and comfortable
Condo was spacious, with an extremely large master bedroom that was very quiet. Up and coming neighborhood, but I never felt unsafe as a single woman. Hardwood floors throughout, with plenty of homey touches. It was clearly recently renovated, and is constantly being improved. The landlord is amazingly responsive, always making sure I had an kitchenware that was needed and helping resolve any issues. Plenty of parking, and the garage is an added bonus. Love the in-house washer and dryer, but the basement is definitely still a work-in-progress. I'd gladly stay here again.

Nice place
Great place! Very peaceful neighborhood. The house is very roomy and has plenty of space for parking. The landlord was super nice and quick to answer any concerns or issues. Great experience would recommend.

Great short term stay as intern
The house I stayed in was recently renovated, with modern amenities and a clean, well-maintained interior that matched the photos exactly. It was a great value for the price. The landlord was very responsive to any maintenance requests and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. He was easy to communicate with and open to resolving any issues that came up. The neighborhood is a quiet, family-oriented area, and the neighbors were friendly. While it initially seemed a bit questionable, after getting to know a few people in the area, I realized its actually a safe and welcoming place. Overall, I had a very positive experience with both the landlord and the house. I wouldnt change a thing about my stay.
