This cozy cottage is an absolute gem located right in the vibrant neighborhood of Waldo. As a solo traveler and travel nurse, the space felt incredibly safe, welcoming, and truly became my home away from home. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet perfectly situated for quick, easy commutes to Research Medical Center, Saint Luke's Hospital, and AdventHealth Shawnee Mission.The landlords are amazing. They were incredibly flexible, polite, and genuinely caring throughout my entire assignment. They were always available for a friendly chat or to help out whenever I needed anything. I highly recommend this spot to any healthcare traveler looking for the perfect Kansas City stay!

Cozy, Charming, and Perfectly Hosted

I stayed here for two months and absolutely loved it! The space is cozy, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully laid out to make the most of every inch. The natural light and charming details really make it feel like home. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bed is comfortable. What really set this stay apart, though, were the hosts. Alissa and Jon are wonderfulwarm, responsive, and genuinely caring. They made sure I had everything I needed and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I cant recommend this carriage house enough. Whether youre in town short-term or for a longer stay, this is truly a gem.
