Marla, the landlord, was exceptionally easy to work with. I was a medical student, now resident, where I have used this platform to find housing accommodations all over the country and I must say she is the most kindest humanbeings. Great communicator. The location was convenient with easy access to the 405 and 22. The area is very safe where you often see neighbors walking their dog all hours of the day/night. The food scene is unmatched compared to anywhere around the country. It was close to the OC/anaheim (close to alot of good eateries), but also not too far of a drive to LA/SGV if you wanted to venture to those places. I fortunately was the first tenant and had the luxury of being the first occupant with brand new appliances, bed, sofa, tv, etc. Brand new construction otherwise. Bed was large and comfortable. There is plenty of parking on the street. Vons/costco all within a 5-10min drive. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wound highly recommend this property.
