Wonderful!
Katee is such an accommodating host! She values your privacy, but will have the most interesting convos if you're up for it! The space is cozy and clean, the private bath is perfect. Her home is beautiful and serene. It was a great place to come back to after a long, stressful day. 10/10 recommend!

Comfortable and clean home
This home is located in a safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood. It is very close to local hiking trails and hospitals, grocery stores, and my favorite Starbucks. The room is spacious with a comfortable queen bed, dresser and bookshelf including storage, and a clean bathroom. The Landlord lives on property and is respectful of individual space and quiet time for early risers, we even share a meal or two during the week. A full kitchen is provided with pots, pans and accessories, coffee/tea station and places to sit and relax as well as a laundry room with a large washer & dryer. There is a spacious backyard that is very peaceful with a ton of plants. The dogs are small and very friendly! Parking is available on the street right in front of the house. There's also a nice community pool within 15 steps from the house. I highly recommend living here and I always felt very comfortable, safe and accommodated. I'm renting from Jan 9, 2026 through May 31, 2026
