Comfortable and clean home

This home is located in a safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood. It is very close to local hiking trails and hospitals, grocery stores, and my favorite Starbucks. The room is spacious with a comfortable queen bed, dresser and bookshelf including storage, and a clean bathroom. The Landlord lives on property and is respectful of individual space and quiet time for early risers, we even share a meal or two during the week. A full kitchen is provided with pots, pans and accessories, coffee/tea station and places to sit and relax as well as a laundry room with a large washer & dryer. There is a spacious backyard that is very peaceful with a ton of plants. The dogs are small and very friendly! Parking is available on the street right in front of the house. There's also a nice community pool within 15 steps from the house. I highly recommend living here and I always felt very comfortable, safe and accommodated. I'm renting from Jan 9, 2026 through May 31, 2026
