Be Warned

BE WARNED!!! The owners of this property do not care about you and only care about the tenant who brings them the most value. I was told we had a fully agreed to lease with signature and a verbal commitment over a month in advance. I would later reach out 2 weeks prior to my move in date and would be informed that I no longer would be able to move in due to the tenant above me not wishing to have me there. They refused to let me stay there and the "best" that they could do was offer me another unit over $700 the original unit. They then decided that they would let me use a single room of another unit but then failed to reach back out to me over the course of the next two weeks. If you wish to stay here simply remember that you are never a priority, it's whoever gives the promise of most value. Their word means nothing, as it was as easily broken as their lease.
