Perfect house for us!

We spent 3 months at the house and it was even better than the pictures! We had many peaceful days and nights sitting around the amazing outdoor area and cooking dinner on the blackstone grill! Our dog and cat absolutely loved it there as well! We really loved the open floor plan and skylights and the mattresses in the master bedroom was soo comfortable! It was right down the road from lots of great restaurants and breweries. We would loved to stay there again when back in Asheville!

Great House, Great Landlord

We stayed here for three months and had a wonderful stay. The house is in an awesome location, with a huge fenced in backyard for our dog. The house itself is cozy and comfortable with great outdoor space. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, and the open floor plan worked great. The landlord was very responsive to anything that we needed, which was comforting, especially because we had a newborn baby in the house with us! This area of Asheville is awesome to stay in... right near Biltmore Village with easy access to Downtown, River Arts District, South Asheville, and more. Many thanks for a great 3 months!

Excellent experience

This property is conveniently located minutes away from Biltmore village and plenty of attractions/restaurants yet is in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The house is fully updated and the owner goes above and beyond make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. All bedding, mattresses, and furniture are new and high quality and the kitchen is fully renovated. As advertised, the big, beautiful, fully fenced backyard was a dream come true for my dog. I will definitely be staying here again next time Im in Asheville.
