Next to the main house where a family of 4 (with two school aged children) live full time with 2 indoor/outdoor cats, and 8 chickens. Summer Stay
Matt and Allison were wonderful! The place is in a super woody and peaceful area of spencer mountain. They were incredibly helpful with anything maintenance related that popped up. The chickens are very sweet and not a bother. The location is very convenient to Gastonia, Mt. holly, Stanley, Denver, Charlotte etc. You can get pretty much anywhere in 20min which I appreciated a lot. The apartment itself is a mostly open floor plan and feels very large. The reading room, walk in closet, and office spaces helped me quite a bit during my stay. I would highly recommend!!!
