Great stay!
Susy and Dave are awesome hosts and great people!! Changing jobs and temporarily relocating can be stressful but they made sure to make the stay very accommodating and comfortable. This made the transition very easy! The space is very clean and has everything you need. Neighborhood is very quiet and cozy - plenty of good food and stores around as well. Highly recommend for your next stay. Thank you Dave and Susy!

Susan and Dave's place
Susan and Dave’s place is wonderful. I’ve rented from them on and off since 2020 and always had a great experience. The room is spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with a very cozy bed, plenty of storage, and a private bathroom. The washer and dryer in the garage is a big plus. They are warm, welcoming hosts who truly treat you like family. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay
This was my first home away from home when I started working in Los Angeles and I have not had any complaints during my stay. The neighborhood is very peaceful and safe to walk in during the day and at night. The nearby stores have virtually everything necessary (for me specifically, this is mainly the Costco, Target, Taco Bell, and Subway). The homeowners are kind and mindful of privacy. None of us have a need for super good internet, but this may be a consideration for someone who plans to work remotely. Overall great place that is worth a look to see if it suits you.

Perfection!
This room was EXACTLY what I needed! Upstairs primary suite with en suite bathroom so super private and quiet! In a gorgeous neighborhood next to an adorable park. Loved being close to the mall, grocery, Target, drug stores, and the Madrona Marsh preserve for nature walks. Truly perfect spot in the SouthBay. The owners are a very sweet retired couple who raised their family in the home. The adult daughter is super helpful and lives only a mile away for anything extra I needed. The bathroom has a coffee maker, and microwave so I hardly used their kitchen. The house itself is well appointed. Sad to leave.
