Beautiful place! Great location! :)

I lived here for about a year, but Im now engaged and living with my fianc! It is so cute and homey, and Silvana was a very attentive landlord and communicative. The washer broke once, and she had it fixed the next day. The complex is quiet, and the location is great and so close to everything. Seriously, such a gem of a rental, and I already miss it! Thank you so much for everything Silvana! :)

Perfect place!

I needed a place to stay for a while when I was in Arizona for work. When I found this place, I knew it was perfect. The kitchen is beautiful, with gorgeous natural light in the morning that I enjoyed while drinking my coffee. I was able to prep meals for the week. The living room also was super spacious and comfortable. The location was ideal for me to access the freeways and get to any part of town easily. I loved the laundry room and the fact I could do my laundry and not worry about dry cleaning. If I had to leave any point of feedback for improvement, my only comment would be I wish the pillows on the bed were a bit better, since I am a bit of a pillow snob. Also, for anyone unfamiliar with the Phoenix area, this place is a great little pocket in a quiet neighborhood in an older (more historic) area of Phoenix. Dont let the character of the area sway you!
