Wonderful 5-Month Stay

I spent 5 months in this Casita and had a very good experience. The homeowner, Christian, was very nice, helpful, and always very responsive whenever I needed something. The house was clean, comfortable, and cosy, which made it feel like home during my stay. What I enjoyed the most was the facilities around the house. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you, Christian, for making my stay so pleasant!

Best place and landlord yet!!

Firstly Chris is awesome. I’ve never felt so safe and secure that I was dealing with someone honest. From the very beginning he has been responsive and responsible really did a lot for helping me feel comfortable. Best dude, can’t possibly praise him enough. The casita is great in a quiet and friendly neighborhood with most of what you want very close by. Phoenix proper is only about 20-30 mins drive. Everything is well maintained and clean. With a private back yard. Community has a pool and a gym and very walkable. Honestly I’m kinda disappointed my contract is taking me elsewhere otherwise I would’ve LOVED to continue renting this property.

Amazing landlords

This was a great experience with the landlords. They are very quick to respond if you need anything. The place is super cute and in good condition. It is attached to the main house yet private. They are fairly quiet and I didn't really hear them much. You have your own entrance with a ring camera as well as access to all the amenities. Amenities included are the pool, gym, and game areas. I did not take advantage of the ring or amenities but they are awesome choices for anyone to take advantage of. I can't express enough how thankful I was to have such good landlords. I travel for a living and have had a couple of really horrible experiences. They superseded my expectations. Thank you.
