Very quiet and clean bottom floor space with private entrances. Access to laundry in garage. Kayaks available to enjoy the many lakes and streams within 30 minutes drive. Have historically rented this apartment to college students via another website.
Cozy, clean one bedroom bottom floor apartment with living room and kitchenette. Fully furnished. Private entrance. Shared bathroom if second unit is rented out (but it is currently being remodeled). Cats and dogs on premises in upstairs where owner lives. Great wifi connection. All utilities and one parking spot included. I rent first come first served and do not hold property without a clear agreement in place.
Pacific Terrace neighborhood is a wonderful area to take a run or walk. Lots of parks nearby and downtown Klamath Falls less than a mile away.

I lived in Lacey's apartment for almost 2 years while attending OIT. The house is located in a cute and safe neighborhood. It's very close to OIT, Sky Lakes, and shopping! The apartment is very comfy and I always felt at home there. I genuinely only moved out because school is taking me elsewhere! It's a great spot, and Lacey is a very easy going landlord who is always willing to help if something goes wrong!

I have lived in Klamath Falls for four years now and travel quite often. This is my personal house and I live on the property in the upstairs apartment with my cats and dogs. Klamath is a great place to live, with great year round outdoor activities. I love kayaking, cooking and reading.
