Charged me $200 and had bed bugs
Communication was iffy when trying to view the property. First glance the property deems to be decent. The landlord charges $250 cleaning fee upfront for move in and move out. Also charges the last week of rent for the initial rental payment on top of all the fees. Once I began moving things in and to change the bedding... the mattress and mattress cover had bed bugs and blood stains all over. The landlord kept $165 of my payment and would not refund. Apologized for the inconvenience.
