Excellent host, property and value

This is a great place to stay. I stayed here for 6 months and the neighborhood was always quiet, and no issues parking. Kat is an amazing host as she is very attentive, thoughtful, and kind. It is a nice home, always clean, and at a great price as it includes a room, your own bathroom, utlities and laundry and dryer in the basement. You could not ask for more, and I'd stay here again if I had another contract in the area in the future.
