Hi there, my wife and I have a beautiful, serene space that is quiet and zen-like, with a lake in the backyard. We have 1 dog named Prince Jameson and 2 cats, Sage and Rosemary. This place comfortably accommodated three people due to the beds. It would fit 4 people if needed. Well-behaved pets are welcome. Washer and Dryer not on site. No garage access.

Awesome stay in Mesa!
We loved our stay here in Mesa. The condo is very comfortable and clean with nice amenities. It is nice to have a pool right out your door in Arizona! We also loved walking around the neighborhood and around the lake across the street. This apartment is in a good location to get to most things in the Phoenix area within 20-30 minutes as it has great access to the highway. It's also only about a 15 minute drive or so from the airport. Erik was a great landlord and was always responsive if we needed anything. We were here for a travel assignment and if we ever came back to the area the first thing I'd do would be to check if this place was available!

Recently stayed in this townhome for a couple months in Phoenix. Townhouse is large and spacious. Right next to the pool that is empty (no people) 99% of the time. Beautiful front and back porch, good AC. Would stay again!
